Jan 17th 2017
• Edited the ‘postAd()’ method in Post.swift, the saving block, in order to click on the OK button of the Alert and dismiss the controller
• Edited Post.swift file by removing all the AlertViewDelegate and its methods, and placing the AlertController instances in ‘buttImageTapped()’ and ‘deleteAdButt()’ functions
• Same thing for the Account.swift file -> ‘changeImageButt()’ function
• Edited ‘sendReplyButt()’ method in ShowSingleAd.swift, in order for the app not to crash in case a user has not registered an email address
Oct 6th 2017
• Edited the Location Privacy Usage keys into Info.plist.
So right-click on Info.plist in Xcode, Open As -> Source code, and replace the existing <key>NSLocation… rows with this code:
<key>NSLocationAlwaysAndWhenInUseUsageDescription</key>
<string>This app needs your current location for new posts</string>
<key>NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription</key>
<string>This app needs your current location for new posts</string>
<key>NSLocationAlwaysUsageDescription</key>
<string>This app needs your current location for new posts</string>
<key>NSLocationUsageDescription</key>
<string>This app needs your current location for new posts</string>
In this way, the Location permission alert will show up on devices with iOS versions older than iOS 11
